WHO YOU ARE
In this role you will work with Central Fulfilment Development for IKEA for Business, an area that has been identified as one of the biggest growth drivers, both for Ingka and Inter, the coming years. It is a business with big potential for improvements and development. We are looking for a Replenishment Supply Leader, who is inspired by leading business through people and has a strong collaborative mind-set. Using your communication and negotiation skills, you have the ability to influence the improvement of the business and create excellent relationships across the organisation. You are an influencer with multicultural abilities and strong interpersonal skills who have the know-how of an entrepreneur. You have a customer-oriented approach in everything you do and always considering the impact on the customer when taking decisions.
To be successful in this role, you have a University degree within logistics, economics, business administration or 3 – 5 years of experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain on both operational and tactical level. Through a strong interdependent leadership, you have the ability to influence in a matrix organisation, meet and interact with various business partners. You have previous experience of store operations and outbound processes and have achieved analytical, organisational, and change management skills. During the years you have successfully lead projects/processes on country, market or national level and received relevant conflict management skills and problem-solving experience. You are fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
You have knowledge in the following:
• The IKEA business model, processes and supply chain understanding, leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• The customer and co-worker need, demands and expectations on the market
• Understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach
• Stakeholder management
• Leading projects and processes on country/market/national level
• Good change management and leading in the unknown/exploring
• Relevant IT solution landscapes associated with Customer Fulfilment
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Replenishment Supply Leader, you will define, establish and ensure the implementation of Replenishment Supply related elements in the area of IKEA Business, both from a short-, mid- and long-term perspective. Together with the team within Group Fulfilment Availability and Support and under the leadership of the Group Replenishment Manager you will contribute to the development of the Replenishment organization both directly and through the work of with the assigned topics and projects. You will provide a subject matter expertise and implement, assess standards, guidelines and policies within the field of IKEA Business.


More in detail you will be responsible for:
• Seamlessly enabling operations and an efficient distribution network by securing an end to end planning and fulfilment process through follow up, analysis and acting on deviating performance and supporting the markets with coaching and education on IKEA Business topics
• Supporting Group Market Support in the process of securing IKEA Business process
• Supporting the Group Replenishment Manager in keeping the total picture of Replenishment together and synchronized in assigned topics
• Supporting the IKEA Business sales planning and demand planning processes, monitoring and acting on deviations at various stages during the current FY when it comes to tools, competence and ways of working.
• Developing improvements in working methods, systems and tools and for implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working for IKEA Business
• Responsible to provide support, guidance and sharing of best practices with the respective market function in the area of demand forecasting, operational forecasting


This role is based in Malmö.

An impact on all areas within Customer Fulfilment is expected with focus on Order management, Fulfilment operations, Service offer and execution as well as Replenishment and Sourcing.
