Your tasks
Support for Monthly closing process for GIS, including review the invoice vs accrual etc
Organize and facilitate the process for monthly financial data uploading, quarterly forecast in IT spend management tool (Apptio)
Support the monthly actual spend data analysis and conduct monthly review meetings with Managers to bridge the gap between actuals incurred and the forecast/Budget
Prepare different monthly analysis report to GIS Cost center owners and Managers
Super User Apptio, continue to work on IT spend transparency, quality and value of IT Services
Assist management on different financial data collection and analysis tasks

Your profile
You have a couple of years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in buisness, economics or similar. You are familiar or used to work in an international environment.
As a person you are analytical, likes to collaborate and have an positive mindset.
