Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Requirement Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Collect and document requirements through interviews and workshops.
Ensure requirements are complete, meet business needs, and comply with regulations and standards.
Prioritize requirements based on value and technical feasibility.
Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers, requirements analysts, testers, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Participate in agile ceremonies and support agile development processes and teams.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis, including 3 years in banking and finance.
Proven experience working in agile development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and supporting agile development teams.
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
Experience in setting requirements and managing systems with high transaction volumes, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Basic understanding of IT systems and experience with requirements management tools.
Certifications in REQB or equivalent in requirements management are a plus.
Experience with SWIFT and ISO 20022 is desirable.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
