We are now looking for a Requirement Analyst who is passionate about agile working methods, loves development and enjoys the challenge of getting people and technology to function as a team to achieve optimal results! 


The team 

We are working on replacing the current CAD/vPDM platform from CATIA/ENOVIA/ DELMIA V5 with a more modern platform for CAD/vPDM based on 3DExperience and CATIA V6. 

You will be a member of an agile team and will work closely with them. The work also includes a good deal of cross-functional contact with other functions within Scania. 



What you will work on 

You will work on transforming business’ needs into realisable requirements. You will be a link between the business and the development organisation in IT. In order to capture the business needs for IT systems, you must be able to put yourself in the role of a user - this means assisting in everything from requirement setting to carrying out testing.  
  
You will assist in the introduction of the new CAD/vPDM platform and implement improvements in the existing V5 platform. Some of your duties will also involve participating in and pursuing the improvement work for our internal processes.  

In this position you also have the possibility to learn more about software development and even do coding and/or take the role as scrum master or team leader. 
 
 
Your profile 

You should have the following knowledge:  


• Knowledge and experience of Knowledge of CAD/PDM especially Dassault applications (CATIA/ENOVIA/3DExperience)”
• knowledge of tranforming business needs into realisable requirements 
• a university education within IT or mechanical/vehicle engineering or equivalent work experience 
• Fluent in English  

Meritorious is if you have experience from working as a designer or production technician but is interested in working more on the underlying IT systems 

You also have the analysing ability to draw overall conclusions on how easy/difficult a particular requirement is to realise. You are solution-oriented and a team player where you naturally want to share your knowledge and experience with your team members. You like challenges and adopt an organised and methodical approach to work.
