About the product area
Inventory Optimization is a part of the Customer Fulfilment domain. The domain responsibility covers solutions and improvements from allocation, through stock optimization and fulfillment of orders to customers, stores, and partners. The product area Inventory Optimization’s missions is to make all our inventory available to our customers in the most profitable and sustainable way possible. There are currently 12 products within the area.
About the product
Products in Store aims to fulfill H&M Group’s expectation on product availability and transparency in our stores, by providing intelligent replenishment and pick logic with intuitive, available, and up to date tools and technology to manage stock in stores.
The product team are working on exciting projects to better utilize our stores to fulfill our goal of a true omni channel experience for our customers. The initiatives include Fulfill from Store/Buy Online Pick up In Store (BOPIS) and In Store Replenishment. The product’s foundation is H&M Group’s use of RFID across our supply chain, and we help drive the adoption of new use cases of RFID within the group.
About the role
As a Requirement Analyst, you will join a highly motivated cross-functional product team that are working together to achieve the team’s mission.
The role holds a broad spectrum from functional knowledge, app configuration, test and stakeholder management. You will work in an agile environment, in a small and friendly group, which is handling the services on a global level. This will cover both new development, roll out of new features and markets, as well as maintenance of the product.
You will embark on a journey that will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail and learn. Furthermore, you will:
Work mainly with collecting, investigating, and specifying requirements for the best new solutions for the product
Test and secure quality of new implementations
Configure the solutions and apps for new features and roll outs of new markets
Be extensively involved in communication with a large group of stakeholders and vendors
Planning, designing, scheduling, testing, deploying and controlling software releases
Translate product strategy and objectives into world-class maintainable and scalable solutions
Collaborate and co-create closely with your product owner and other teams
Support others and actively drive knowledge sharing and collaboration

You have previous experience from working in complex setups with many stakeholders and distributed teams. You understand the concept of integrated platforms and you know how to translate business objectives and visualize technical roadmaps.

Have extensive experience requirement handling
Understand and analyze complex information
Be able to explain complex IT solutions to non-technical persons
Be able to clearly explain and translate business requirements into IT requirements
Have experience from integrations and complex IT solutions
Lead workshops and handle a lot of stakeholder from different countries and competence backgrounds
Understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviours
Take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
Be able to work independently as well as being a team player





Requirements:


More than 3 years of requirement handling
Broad knowledge in test
Release planning
Agile / Scrum ways of working
Good communication & presentation skills in both spoken and written English (Swedish is a plus)





Nice to have:


SQL
Experience from Retail

It is beneficial if you have a technical background within development.

The role will require to travel occasionally to H&M stores for a good understanding of the business processes.
