REQUIREMENT ANALYST / REQUIREMENT LEADER - (Stockholm)/Remote

Our customer is currently looking for a requirements analyst / requirements manager to assist the project "Technical solution for permit testing, SIWAT" in analysing the needs and requirements of the business in an agile development process and for the new technical solution, as well as providing method support during SIWAT development and testing.
The project began in 2021, and development began in the autumn of that year with an internal scrum team that collaborates with product owners to produce the technical solution.
Experience with agile IT projects is limited at the authority, and there is a need for both requirements analysis and method support within the agile methodology.
Here are some examples of tasks:
Ongoing management of the project's needs using specified methodologies, procedures, and priority.
Organize and lead seminars on requirements and needs.
Needs assessments and market research
Capture of demand
Demand Distribution
Analyze the requirements
Assistance the agile approach by providing method support.
Risk and delivery deficiency management
Be a member of the product owner team, as well as the project management team.
Document capture needs, analyses, and anything else that could be useful.
The scope is around half time (20 hours per week) throughout 2022, with a 10-week summer vacation. It is predicted that a total of 840 hours will be required.
