Requirement Analyst - Stockhholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Requirement Analyst who is experienced in requirements work in procurements of IT systems.

What you'll do:
● Translate and communicate complex technical documentation and subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
● Help prioritize data and functional needs based on user and business management input regarding mission impacts and organizational goals.
● Perform short and long-range planning in support of existing and future requirements to enhance customer systems.
● Reviews and understands system test requirements, integrated testing activities, and results.
● Assist in providing final approval documentation for implementation of IT and functional requirements.
Who you are:
● Have a proven experience in requirements work in procurements of IT systems.
● Good knowledge of collaboration, process, and visualization tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
● Have experience with analyzing the development of test plans, test scripts, and training manuals for distribution to system end-users for testing.
● Ability to translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks, manage task assignments to project resources and report on and manage project scope throughout the lifecycle.
● Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively along a broad spectrum from executive management to support staff.
