Requirement Analyst - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Requirement Analyst who is experienced in different types of projects, from small and mobile to large and complex.

What you'll do:
● Translate and communicate complex technical documentation and subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
● Help prioritize data and functional needs based on user and business management input regarding mission impacts and organizational goals.
● Perform short and long-range planning in support of existing and future requirements to enhance customer systems.
● Reviews and understands system test requirements, integrated testing activities, and results.
● Assist in providing final approval documentation for implementation of IT and functional requirements.
Who you are:
● Experience of requirements management for large and complex operations that include several system solutions and integrations.
● Have experience of an agile way of working and knowledge in the requirements area when it comes to methods, processes, models, documentation and traceability.
● Have experience with analyzing the development of test plans, test scripts, and training manuals for distribution to system end-users for testing.
● Have experience of running workshops and acting as a moderator at requirements collection.
● Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively along a broad spectrum from executive management to support staff.
