Requirement Analyst - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Requirement Analyst who is experienced in working with both agile development teams and in project organizations.

What you'll do:
● Organize, document, process modelling and communicate the requirements to those concerned (customers, developers, and testers).
● Help prioritize data and functional needs based on user and business management input regarding mission impacts and organizational goals.
● Perform short and long-range planning in support of existing and future requirements to enhance customer systems.
● Work with different types of modelling before, preferably business and/or information modelling.
● Assist in providing final approval documentation for implementation of IT and functional requirements.
Who you are:
● Experience of setting requirements before procurement of complex IT systems, as well as evaluation of tenders and verification/testing of delivery of IT systems.
● Good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act through education or equivalent acquired experience.
● Have experience working independently and acting as a leader in a technical environment with roadmaps.
● Experience of working with SCADA and OT systems or equivalent from at least 2 previous assignments.
● Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively along a broad spectrum from executive management to support staff.
