The division Sales Online and Marketing is the place for you – Join us!The Global Online Expansion program is one of the top 5 most strategic initiatives in H&M today. It is a cross-functional multi-year journey to enable rapid e-commerce expansion for the H&M brand. A vital part of that endeavor is the establishment of a new e-commerce platform, which is delivered in close collaboration with an external IT supplier.The program has been remarkably successful, achieving expansion to new markets in record time. One of the key success factors is the working atmosphere where program members live the core values of "we are one team" and "we believe in people", making every challenge easier to overcome.As Requirement Analyst within Global Online Expansion you will be responsible for analyze and document the business needs for the solution. You will ensure that the supplier solution and internal interfaces are set up in line with business requirements and make sure that documentation of requirements, design, test, decisions and organization is done and maintained in a controlled manner.To be able to fully perform the above tasks the Requirement Analyst will work independently and in close relationship with the business side, suppliers and other subprojects.Your responsibilitiesThe job of a Requirement Analyst at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.Your to do-list includes:Work closely with the business and development teams, from business need to released functionalityWrite and coordinate requirements and collaborate with suppliers, other H&M maintenance teams, the UX team, the Copy team and our business.Build Business and IT knowledge as well as relationships with Business, IT Stakeholders and suppliersSupport and be a sounding board for business, architects and testersMake sure that requirements are satisfactorily specified prior to development cyclesParticipate in the review of requirements, design- and technical specificationsConstantly search for improvements in the requirement processHandle investigations and facilitate workshops when neededYour skillsJust like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. We believe that you have a good understanding of the digital media business and that you understand the technical aspects of e-commerce platforms and underlying methods for logistics and payments.And your skills include:A relevant university degreeAt least 5-7 years’ work experience within requirement specification for IT-solutions and comprehensive knowledge within the areaA solution- and result-oriented mindset with the ability to organize and manage complexed assignments and create structureAre self -propelled and can prioritize your workload with minimal supervision, you are not afraid to seek knowledge on your ownExcellent communications skills and being able to adapt to different IT- and business stakeholdersCourageous and communicative when choosing the best solutionCan express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and EnglishAre interested in the end customers experienceExperience of Order orchestration is a merit.The position is located in Liljeholmen, Sweden and we work in an activity based workplace.Sounds interesting?
