JOB DESCRIPTION
The Global Online expansion project focus on a time to market ecommerce expansion, delivered in close collaboration with an external IT supplier.

The Customer & Order Management sub project scope stretches from Customer Service, Customer Information Management, through Order Management and Return Management to Customer Finance, with interface to touchpoints (desktop, mobile and app) and Warehouse Management System.

WORK TASK
We are looking for an Analyst to support the Customer & Order Management project with the main tasks to do:
- Requirement and business analysis for the functional areas Customer Order Management and Return Management.
- Lead and drive analysis of requirements to (1) Identify priority for each requirement (2) outline alternatives and recommendations for solution options, when required, and (3) provide recommendations to stakeholders and steering group.

You are accountable for ensuring the supplier solution and interfaces meet and support the business requirements and that documentation of requirements, design, test, decisions and organization is done and maintained according to the project methodology.

To be able to fully perform the above tasks the Analyst will need to work independently, but in close relationship with the requirement owners, project team and stakeholders (internal and external).

GENERAL TASKS
? Set up a detailed time plan and drive the work in accordance with time plan
? Ensure deliverables from the team are on time, with quality and at cost.
? Ensure review of requirements and design documents is done
? Support decision making
? Report status
? Raise risks, issues and benefits
? Manage change
You will be accountable for leading the work in line with the overall timeplan.

The location is Stockholm. Travel is to be expected at a frequent level.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
o Experience from Requirement and/or business analysis
o Experience in leading work spread over several business areas
o Ability to lead and drive technical aspects related to the project, such as integration contracts and design proposals.
o Technical interest, maybe with background as Architect
o Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
