Requirement Engineer

Your main tasks will be to analyze requirements, write functional specifications and create product documentation. Other important tasks will be to answer questions from stakeholders about our products and continuously participate in improving our way of working.

The role requires an understanding of both product development and market needs in order for us to continue supplying premium products at a high rate. This position gives you the opportunity to influence the future of one of the best casino platforms on the market.

You are based at our office in Växjö, where you have about 70 colleagues, representing all different parts Play’n GO. In your team there are three colleagues and you report to the Product Manager for our back office systems.

You likely have a couple of years of experience from software development as well as experience working with back office clients. Moreover, we expect you to have experience in collecting requirements from customers in an agile environment, be ability to analyze and translate them into clear specifications and powerful solutions. You are fluent in both oral and written English. Experience working in an international environment and used to working with off-site teams is considered a plus.

You need to be able to communicate problems and solutions clearly and have the ability to think outside the box and question general conventions and ways of working. You have a genuine interest in creating premium solutions for customers, an attentive and flexible personality and always work proactive, methodical and purposeful.
