Your role
You will be a member of a growing team responsible for Requirement Management for our submarine and surface ship projects. The team is responsible for Requirement Engineering within our organization, creating and managing database structures (mainly DOORS), overseeing requirement quality, Deviation Management, and handling client interaction regarding requirements.
Your role will include tasks all throughout the life cycle of a project, starting with creating the requirement structures for a new project and finishing by handling formal verification with the client during the final stages of a project.
Main tasks will include:
* Developing, maintaining, and follow-up on Requirement Master Plans
* Developing requirement structures in the requirement platform (DOORS)
* Developing and reporting KPIs in the requirements area
* Planning and follow-up on test procedure development
* Planning and execution of efficient client meetings
* Training of colleagues in Requirement Management and the requirement platform (DOORS)
Location for this position is our seaside offices in Malmö or Karlskrona. The role may involve a small amount of travelling, mainly within Sweden but possibly also other parts of Europe.
Your profile
To thrive in this role, you are an influential person with great communication skills and a keen interest in complex technology. You are used to efficiently collaborating with team members as well as other stakeholders; your unpretentious nature ensures team success! You are structured, have a systematic approach, and have the ability to grasp complex issues and create solutions in line with company objectives.
Required skills:
* BSc or similar level in relevant field and/or a few years of requirement management experience
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
* Solid knowledge in DOORS requirement platform
* Project experience related to development of complex products
* Requirement Engineering certification (e.g. IREB)
* Experience in applying Requirement Management frameworks such as INCOSE-TP-2010-006 in engineering organizations

You will be part of System Safety & Requirement Management, whose core business is System Safety, Fire Safety, Requirements Management, as well as operational & functional analysis. The team consists of engineers with various backgrounds that will support you in the daily operation within our projects.
