We are now recruiting a Requirement Engineer for the Gothenburg site, who has the drive and passion to contribute to our future products.
Job Description
As a Requirement Engineer you are responsible for setting requirements in projects and pre-studies. You analyze early concepts from a maintainability perspective and give feedback and recommendations to the project to ensure the best serviceability and uptime for our vehicles.

You will be a part of the Service & Parts Assortment and Engineering team (SPAE) within Service Market Technology (SMT).
Main activities and responsibilities:
Read, translate and communicate targets in project prerequisites and ensure that these targets are met during the project
Give input to, verify and validate concepts/solutions, both virtually and on physical prototypes and mock-ups
Support the solution provider to allocate the requirements to the component break down level and service market products
Review and provide feedback on technical specifications
Gather and analyze product and project knowledge
Act as requirement expert for serviceability in different forums with stakeholders and product developers
Profile:
Business oriented with a clear customer focus
Holistic view, ability to work cross functionally and build relations
Drive to improve our way of working, with strong implementation skills
Excellent vehicle maintainability knowledge
Several years of service market experience with truck/bus, or transportation industry, or workshop experience is a merit
Good communication, planning and coordination skills
Good knowledge about verification methods and tools in his/her area of expertise
Knowledge of Standard Time (ST) and its impact on warranty, dealer and customer
Good skills in virtual engineering tools
Eager to learn and work with your own development
Great communication skills in English, spoken and written
