Requirement Engineering Manager in Core Networks

We are looking for a senior telecom Requirement Engineering Manager for Core Networks. Responsibilities *Requirement analysis from customer view *Describe customer requirement in feature *Prioritize requirements to find valuable customer requirement *Teach team to use requirement prioritization method Qualifications *More than 10 years direct experience with a proven track record within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor.*Good at Focal Point or other requirement prioritization method *Understanding the customer's business and how to describe the customer's requirement Others *Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.*Excellent cooperation skills with a wide variety of people, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, R&D and standardization).*Must welcome challenges.*Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
