Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Requirement Specialist to join our dynamic team
What you will work on:
Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements from stakeholders. Employ various techniques such as brainstorming, use case analysis, and user stories to uncover needs and preferences.
Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements to ensure quality and consistency, including both functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
Requirement Documentation: Create clear and concise requirement documentation and comprehensive overviews for stakeholders to compare vendors.
Facilitate Requirement Prioritization: Help prioritize requirements based on stakeholder needs and business objectives.
Support Validation: Participate in and support the validation of requirements with vendors.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and vendors to qualify needs and dive deep where necessary.
