Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Contributing to the Own Vehicles product area, overseeing IT support development in the vehicle sector for both internal and external customers across the automotive industry.
Collaborating with agile delivery teams throughout the entire development process, encompassing analysis, requirements, system development, and system testing.
Adhering to established processes for Change and Configuration Management to ensure streamlined operations.
What you bring:
Skill level 3 (4–8 years).
Knowledge: Demonstrating high competence within the current role.
Experience: Serving as a role model for Consultants at a lower level.
Management: Taking responsibility for a sub-area, with the ability to lead a smaller group.
Independence: Exhibiting the capability to work independently.
Minimum 6 years of work experience in requirements capture, analysis, and documentation.
Minimum 4 years of experience in modeling complex system-related requirements and their dependencies.
Minimum 4 years of experience in documenting requirements with use cases and User Stories.
Minimum 4 years of experience in assignments conducted with an agile working method.
Minimum 2 years of experience using the modeling tool Enterprise Architect.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (ADS) or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Proficiency in expressing oneself in Swedish, both in speech and writing.
Offering added value with at least 2 years of experience in developing requirements for the case management system W3D3.
