Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Conduct needs analyses to create a comprehensive requirements specification for functional and system requirements, focusing on the procurement of a new Management System for planning and follow-up.
Support and address inquiries during the tender period and evaluate received tenders’ adherence to the requirements specification, including technical and information security requirements.
Collaborate with the organization’s information security coordinator to draft personal data assistant agreements and/or information security agreements if necessary.
Develop documentation for suppliers prior to the Request for Information (RFI) stage, ensuring alignment with set requirements.
Take responsibility for verifying set requirements through the development and execution of test plans post-delivery.
Break down main tasks such as business planning, reporting, internal control, quality management, personnel planning/recruitment, and budget/forecast into appropriate sub-processes.
Utilize the preliminary study conducted in autumn 2023 as a basis for creating the requirements specification.
Participate in the planning and follow-up of the requirements work, compiling necessary documentation, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s operations, processes, and future needs.
Employ established models and methods, such as focus groups or workshops, during the needs analysis phase.
Align the working method with the chosen procurement procedure, typically an open procedure according to the LOU, while ensuring that requirements are written as functional specifications.

What you bring:
Experience in requirements analysis, specifically in the context of procuring a new Management System.
Proficiency in conducting needs analyses and translating them into concrete requirements.
Knowledge of established models and methods for requirements analysis, such as focus groups or workshops.
Familiarity with information security requirements and the ability to draft personal data assistant agreements.
Strong documentation and communication skills to effectively convey requirements to suppliers.
Ability to develop and execute test plans for verification purposes.
Previous involvement in business planning, reporting, internal control, quality management, personnel planning/recruitment, and budget/forecast processes.
Adaptability to align with the organization’s chosen procurement procedure and implement detailed routines/planning for the implementation of requirements.
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
