Requirements Analyst in Karlskrona

As a requirement analyst you develop and document correct, clear, relevant and receiver-oriented requirements.
You are responsible to highlight relevant new and existing legislations, regulations and standards in the market requirements while you develop and maintain a network of stakeholders internally as well as externally.
As a requirement analyst you work closely with the client in assignments where functional requirements often become complex.
Your success requires communication and coordination skills as several teams are involved in your scope. Your work can be carried out using both agile and traditional methods.
You will:
create requirements based on the business processes enabling estimations and prioritizations
create realizable and testable requirements in collaboration with system developers
ensure our solutions are future-proofed, both from a technical and business perspective
provide product documentation
continuously work on improvements in methods and ways of working
capture, describe and communicate requirements using various techniques, e.g. user stories
provide business rules and information to project stakeholders

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience in
leading requirements work in complex areas and projects
leading requirements work in preliminary studies and in the early stages of major projects to create good conditions for the continued requirements work
coordinating the requirements work in situations where several teams work together in the development work
supporting projects and team resources in the use of requirements management and modeling tools
leading and implementing improvements in methods and ways of working
Consultancy skills, customer focus and flexibility
High communication ability in Swedish and English, in writing as well as spoken

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Good understanding of Agile
Experience mentoring less experienced colleagues in the area of your expertise
