REQUIREMENTS ANALYST - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Requirements Analyst to ensure good requirements management and quality work. The assignment consists of leading and coordinating the development of requirements for the system, both functional and non-functional requirements.
What you'll do:
● Monitor that requirements in the legislation and regulations that the business has to relate to are followed.
● Guide identifying and turning business needs into realizable requirements, and analyse information flows and workflows (processes).
● Lead and coordinate the work with business requirements and system requirements.
● Assess needs for IT support identified during the business analysis are transformed into system requirements.
● Lead the work of prioritizing requirements based on different aspects such as business benefit, complexity, impact and more.
● Overall responsibility for requirement capture activities (capture, refine, detail, structure, prioritize, manage requirements changes, etc.) and document them.
● Detail the requirements from the first rough draft to a detailed requirements specification that is testable and measurable.
● Communicate results by agreement to ensure that all resources, stakeholders and end users get the desired benefit.
● Report the results of the requirements work on an ongoing basis.
Who you are:
● Documented ability to translate business needs into system requirements, and possess knowledge and experience of leading working groups and feasibility studies with the aim of capturing, sorting and prioritizing requirements.
● Knowledge and experience of public procurement, information security and personal data processing legislation.
● Prior experience of requirements methodology, complex projects, ReQtest and JIRA, working with security services such as Bank ID and authentication.
