Requirements Analyst (Stockholm,Sweden)

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a new requirement analyst to the Delcon (Delivery Control) system. Delcon is a track & trace systems for the transport of goods between warehouses and stores. The system is used around the world and around the clock by more than 10000 users.
As requirement analyst you will work with system responsible and architect within the maintenance group. You will also have a close contact with business representatives from Logistics.
In this role it is important for you to communicate with stakeholders, and understand business processes and problems. Based on the business need, you should be able to write detailed requirements for system changes. It is also important that you can communicate in both technical and general level.
You will join a small team of 8 people who work closely together and close to the business. You will be able to manage and operate your work independently while it is important to interact with others.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and define business requirements and ensure that these are realized in the systems and ensure that the solution fulfilled the business needs
- Understands the systems capabilities and functionalities
- Communicate with all stakeholders (internal and external) regarding requirements
- Maintain business processes and requirements related documentation
- Report and collaborate with system responsible
- In collaboration with area business architect follow the development within the areas and other projects which might affects the Maintenance situation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of requirement analysis work
- Process and information modeling
- Qualifying
- Experience from retail business and logistics
- Experience from internal develop system
- Knowledge/Interested of technical solutions i.e hand help scanners and barcode printers
