General Responsibilities As Requirements Analyst you will be responsible for capturing and understanding the client's requirements, and transform these requirements into a functional solution.This position will give you an opportunity to learn the details about different markets, trading models and financial instruments as well as opportunities to meet existing and potential international clients. - Participate in bid-activities and development projects.- Capture and understand the business drivers and business processes behind the end users requirements.- Recommend a functional solution to the clients' needs and prepare technical documents such as functional descriptions.- Communicate the clients' business needs and the functional solution to the development organization.Qualifications - Master of Science in Computer Science or similar level of education in the financial domain is desirable.- At least 2 years experience from working in a clearing or trading organization.- At least 2 years experience from working with exchange trading applications or similar.- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.- Excellent knowledge of the financial domain.- Knowledge of financial products/instruments.- Knowledge of requirement and system design methods.To suit this position you have excellent analytical skills and a strong focus for details.You have a confident and professional approach when meeting our international clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also important for this position.As a person you are motivated and have a strong personal drive.
