Requirements and Test Leader in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Requirements & Test Leader with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Main Tasks include:
Modernize Borrowing includes the implementation of a new modern system solution to streamline and digitise the credit preparation and loan process at Bank.
The programme takes place in an environment that allows for both agile working methods and traditional project planning.
The position combines requirements management and test management.
Management of requirements IPA / DW: collaborate with the IPA team and the relevant Bank units (Risk, etc.) to ensure the requirements for IPA / DW, Reports & Analytics are met.
Management of operational tests IPA / DW: A programme subproject for testing, planning, and carrying out tests in the IPA / DW area.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Extensive experience in defining requirements in a variety of BI and analytics environments.
Development experience in the BI and Analytics areas is preferred.
Extensive testing experience in the BI and analytics areas - Banking operations experience, preferably with LF Bank
Experience with information modelling, data marketing, and mapping schemes is required.
Ability to work independently is required.
Governance and coordination experience with various actors and suppliers
Driven and operational (can work delivery-focused both high and low)

Language Requirements: Mastery of English language in both speech and writing is required.
