The HVDC PLM Business program runs over approximately 5 years and currently consists of 28 different projects varying from governance process study projects to regular systems- and business process implementations. Currently we have two projects in the pipeline related to Product Structure Documentation Management and Requirements Management. We are in the process of manning and recruiting which means that we are flexible with regards to the extent of the roles. We can work with single roles with shorter/part time commitment but prefer to find a candidate with overlapping competences for a longer commitment.
The position can be placed in one of our offices in Ludvika or Västerås but working remote is an option given that you can travel to our offices for workshops and team activities.
Your responsibilities
Subject matter expert (SME) for a Requirement Management study and implementation project
Model and implement Requirement Management processes
Support the implementation with industry best practices knowledge
Analyze current processes and propose future model in PLM domain
Define structures (physical, features, logical, functional, software and change)
Support in change management and training
Your background
Experience from larger ETO (Engineer to Order) business
Prior experience from relevant study- and implementation projects
Requirement management experience and expertise, best practices, and implementation
Knowledge of different Requirements Management IT systems, Pros and Cons
Driven and outgoing with experience from project management or as subject matter expert
Fluent written and spoken English is a must
Knowledge of relevant business systems (Teamcenter, Engineering Base, BIM 360, and Azure DevOps)
