Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Requirements Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Hold workshops with both operations and IT to produce requirements documentation and be able to sort and transform this into functional and non-functional requirements into the development’s agile process or into a procurement
Visualize requirements for increased understanding of requirements setters and implementers and work with e.g. flow descriptions and prototyping in collaboration with stakeholders
Understand the underlying processes in the business, but also in IT, in order to adapt the requirements accordingly
Carry out development of the requirements process within the IT department specifically but also the operations together with the IT department’s requirements staff
Support in the development of test cases, tests and evaluation of test results together with testers and team members
Increase the general knowledge of how to carry out modern requirements work within the relevant business domain
Collaborate closely with the other team members and share knowledge and experience with them and other employees in the IT department

What you bring:
Relevant academic education in the IT area or experience you have built up over many years of work in the IT area
Three years of experience working in a team-based manner with agile methods
Five years of experience in requirements management and documentation and visualization of requirements
At least one year of experience working with requirements in case management systems such as Azure, DevOps, TFS, Jira or similar
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Ability to create and carry out, for the position, relevant tasks independently
Documented experience and knowledge in leading workshops
Documented experience with tools for prototyping and visualizations
Experience of related roles such as e.g. product owner, system developer or test manager
At least three years’ experience of having worked with the development of working methods and methods in requirements management
