Requirements Specialist

The responsibility of the Portfolio Management team is to optimize market share and profitability potential of the entire Tetra Pak portfolio, creating clear and distinct value propositions for each product system.With a consistent approach to the Portfolio strategy, the team secures competitiveness versus competition, as well as identifies and addresses portfolio gaps and overlaps, aligning portfolio deployment with company strategy.We are now looking for a Requirements Specialist.

As a Requirements Specialist you will own and manage a library of all Product Requirements (which describe properties of a system or a product) and attributes to secure aligned definitions and accuracy.With this you will work to develop and maintain a network within Tetra Pak with regards to commercial requirements.You will need to have extensive contacts with both the Marketing & Product Management organisation as well as our Development & Engineering organisation.

In your focus areas of Requirements Management and Attribute mapping you will:

-Create, maintain and improve our Product Creation process within Requirements Management
- Prepare and deliver training to final users on procedure
- Participate in target setting and secure delivery by defined tollgates in the Product Creation Process
- Lead the identification of key stakeholders within the Development organization as well as the Marketing & Product Management organization and their needs to provide intelligence on key product benchmarking data
- Drive the Attribute Mapping process
- Develop and secure Attribute Maps in place for all new Product Development project's including target setting
- Establish and secure link to Tetra Pak Portfolio mapping
- Prepare and deliver training of the Attribute Mapping tool and process


Kvalifikationer

We believe that you are a strong informal leader with the ability to coach and build lasting networks.You will need to have a strong personal drive and be able to tailor made your communication.Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing, is a must.To be successful you will need to have a University degree and at least 5 years of experience within related competence area and specifically requirements management.Good knowledge of customers, retailers and end users is an advantage.
