Come join us as we are looking for a Research Manager to our Global Marketing department located in heart of Gothenburg

Your role in our team. As a Research Manager you will be a part of our Strategic communication development team within Global Marketing, a team with different roles creating insights as well as developing Lindex Customer and Marketing strategy. We work together within the team as well as cross with other functions and groups to strengthen Lindex Brand, Customer offers and to drive transformation regarding how we do things at Lindex. With your insights of the consumer and your business skills you contribute to make Lindex grow by managing and develop the holistic perspective of understanding the human behavior and influences that drives actions in the Customer Journey. You are an active partner to strategic initiative groups as well as cross groups and strategic communication team to make sure Lindex build the way forward based on insights and research.  You secure the right partnership needed for Lindex to have the best   research tools.  
You have the curiosity and knowledge of how customer experience and communication are evolving and how brand trust is created, and you are part of grounding the way forward with these insights.

University degree within in social sciences, economics, or engineering minimum 3 years
Experience from working with a brand led fashion organisation in an international environment
Previous work experience as Research manager or similar,
Extensive Work experience within customer and consumer research and tools
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
