Research Assistant

Mälardalen University (Mälardalens Högskola) is a young university that is focusing on creating value for business and society by advanced education, research and cooperation with external partners.

The position is placed at the Division of Product Realization at the School of Innovation, Design and Engineering. The Product Realization Division (PR) has received national strategic research funding in production engineering projects. The current project portfolio comprises a number of on-going research projects where many of them focus on different areas within production development.

Position description

Discrete event simulation and 3D modeling of flexible assembly systems. Requires knowledge on documented skilled level in the two softwares; Extendsim and Visual Components/3D Create.

Qualifications
A requirement is a master exam in relation to production and logistics management. English in speech and writing on skilled academic level must be documented and demonstrated.
