RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a positive, meticulous and motivated individual to join us in developing and validating new products, applications and production processes, to help grow business by supplying researchers worldwide with high-quality cell culture laminin tools.
The successful applicant will have a science background and proven accomplishments in cell culture, molecular biology, protein purification with a knack for small details and have an instinct to constantly learn and be curious. Candidates should be self-motivated, independent-thinking, with the ability to excel in a fast-moving, goal-oriented environment, and see team accomplishments before self-praise.

Your role:
· Participate in product and process development
· Source and nurture required internal collaborations to execute projects
· Provide in-house technical training and transfer, and assist in technical support to customers
· Perform regular literature search and reviews
· Assist in writing Study plans and reports, and document according to standards
· Take full ownership of tasks and projects dedicated to you
· Adhere to the Quality Management System initiatives and requirements


Required qualifications:
· MSc or equivalent as a minimum
· Accountable problem solver with a can-do attitude
· Analytical and investigative mindset
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Outstanding troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
· Able to work well on a solitary basis and as part of a team
· Excellent English skills, written and orally
Desired qualifications:
· Excellent in Microsoft Office
· Experience with bioreactors is highly advantageous
· Exposure to working under GMP
