We are expanding our team and seeking talented Research Consultants RWE and Senior Research Consultants RWE to join us.

Your Role
As part of our dynamic team, you will:
Lead and Execute Observational Studies: From protocol development to data analysis and interpretation, you will drive projects that answer key scientific questions and provide actionable insights.
Evaluate and Leverage Diverse Data Sources: Assess and utilize healthcare databases, patient registries, and other data sources to address complex research questions and enhance decision-making.
Drive Data Acquisition: Manage processes related to ethical permits and data access, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Coordinate Project Delivery: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
Engage with Clients and Key Opinion Leaders: Work closely with clients and KOLs to develop tailored RWE solutions that align with their strategic objectives and business goals.
Synthesize and Communicate Findings: Transform large datasets into clear, compelling reports and presentations that inform and influence decision-making across various stakeholder audiences.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest developments and innovations in RWE, continuously refining our processes to maintain our competitive edge.
Mentor and Guide: (For Senior positions) Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow professionally and contribute to the team's success.



Your Qualifications
Educational Background: A Master’s or Ph.D. in health sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field is required.
Industry Experience: 3-5 years (4+ years for Senior positions) in RWE, health outcomes research, or observational research, preferably within consultancy or the pharmaceutical industry.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with proficiency in another Nordic language as a plus.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Strategic and Innovative Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and create innovative RWE solutions to address complex scientific and business challenges.
Communication Expertise: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor scientific presentations to diverse stakeholder audiences.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with R, SAS, Stata, and other data analytics tools is advantageous.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and requirements related to RWE is a plus.
