Your mission?
You will help us with Research & Development work for Drive Systems (Traction Motor, Gearboxes, coupling):
• cooperating with internal departments related to specific project tasks and with production engineering on production planning
• planning and defining V&V (verification and validation)
• creating project and design related documentation

Key responsibilities?
• Prepare R&D and sustaining tasks for Drive Systems (motor, gearbox and coupling) -everything from the first suggestion to the final delivery
• Suggest and prepare master thesis tasks
• Participate in networks in- and outside of the company
• Project follow-up, including finance and gate reviews

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Work experience or relevant field of study (Traction Motor design, Transportation systems, E-mobility…)
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS business suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Railway technology
