We are currently looking for a research engineer to the section for Analytical Technologies within the R&D Resins & Ligand Design department at Cytiva in Uppsala, Sweden. The mission of the Analytical Technology section is to support different departments within the company with expertise and technologies regarding analysis of resins, intermediates and other substances related to the production of the chromatographic process from start to finish. We are also working close to the quality control and production units, to support them with problem solving as well as method developments.
What You'll Do
We are currently looking for a research engineer to the section for Analytical Technologies within the R&D Resins & Ligand Design department at Cytiva in Uppsala, Sweden. The mission of the section is to support the resin department and other parts of the company with expertise and technologies regarding analysis of resins, product intermediates, raw material and other substances related to the production of the chromatographic process from start to finish.
The focus for this position is to support the team with analyses of samples from different activities and projects using many techniques within analytical chemistry such as chromatography (SEC, IEX), spectroscopy, titration, microscopy, etc.
Who you are
BSc/MSc, preferable with some years of industrial experience within Analytical Chemistry
Quality oriented with an analytical mindset
Statistical knowledge
Swedish and /or English as a working language
Excellent computer skills and ability to work in both general and internal systems
A flexible, accurate and structured way of working
