Research Engineer in Medical Technology

With aim at digitalizing and automating healthcare, Sensixe AB is hiring a research engineer to realize the dream of quick, accurate and reliable self-testing and monitoring.
We are working on our first novel digital biosensor for asthma, named as asthamosensor, that would detect the potential asthma causing allergens such as pollens, animal dander, dust mites, urban population, air pollution and other environmental factors in a patient's surrounding environment. It will provide real time data for patient and doctor to design a better diagnostic strategy to fight against asthma.
We need you to develop the sensor, collect and analyze more data to further improve its performance.
We see that you are motivated with interdisciplinary background of nanotechnology, data analysis, lab-on-chips and life sciences. You have excellent laboratory skills. Sensixe runs in a start-up spirit with great ambitions, that is why it is important that you are fast-paced, driven and solution-oriented.
Responsibilities
· Perform POC verification tests to assure compliance with company specifications, GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.
· Perform data analysis and results evaluation.
· Support compiling verification reports for product technical file.
· Accurately and consistently record experimental methods, materials, and results.
Qualifications
· PhD or Master of science in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry or related fields
· Experience from laboratory working
· Good knowledge in statistics, data analysis and Microsoft Office.
· Experience with biosensors.
· Matlab, Python.
