WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Junior Research Engineer to temporary cover a parental leave position. You will play a vital part of enabling the future of Energy independence. Given our fast-paced growth, our global ambitions, and our disruptive technology, this role will require structure and accuracy as well as determination and grit. You have strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data, and are used to documenting your work. You have excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as this role is an important part in a larger whole. You have a MSc in Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanotechnology or related field, and maybe even some prior experience working with Dye Sensitized Solar cell technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Junior Research Engineer will support and execute research projects, continously analyze data and prepare technical reports. As a Junior Research Engineer, you will play a critical role within our R&D department, collaborating with cross-functional team of scientists and engineers. In addition, you will contribute to ensure that the work is in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Contribute for the successful implementation of Exeger process research activities, collecting deviations and suggesting implementations safely, efficiently and in accordance with quality and business objectives.
• Analyse data and report results to the R&D Department and other stakeholders
• Conduct experiments to optimize the performance of our dye sensitized solar cell
• Propose improvements and new experiments based on data, scientific publications or previous experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and technology advancements in the field of dye sensitized solar cells
