We are looking for a Researcher – Executive Search (Leadership Acquisition) for an international company in Stockholm.
As a Researcher you will find and attract the right leadership talents. You have a continuous and interesting dialogue with candidates. You are looking for and finding competent candidates and you succeed in convincing them of the opportunities within Business Tech. To reach the right target groups, new thinking is needed in search and networking.
To succeed in this role, we want you to have valuable experience from research within executive and leadership roles. You are curious and like to take on a great responsibility. A systematic and structured way of working is natural for you. You have a straightforward way to communicate, inspire and engage candidates. You are passionate about meeting new people and building relationships. You explore and map the tech talent market and you work proactively with talent pools/pipelines for key roles within Business Tech.
Common skills
We see that you are self-driven, structured, accurate and used to handle many recruits at the same time. You are professional, communicative, flexible, service minded, and business minded. You contribute to the team with ideas and have a helpful positive attitude. You are updated on the talent landscape.
The person we are looking for should have experience and good knowledge of the following:
Previous experience as a Reseacher or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience in executive search and sourcing for leadership profiles
Experience in using various sources and platforms to find candidates
Experience using Boolean Search
Experience in attracting passive candidates
Master fluent English in speech and writing
Merit to have experience in sourcing within IT Leadership
Merit to have experience in agile working methods
This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso, 6 months assignment (with possibility for extension). Starting date is ASAP.
