Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Researcher to join our forward looking team and ensure technology leadership and profitable business for Ericsson by:
Contributing to Ericsson research activities.
Developing novel AI/ML concepts, solutions, and algorithms for next gen consumer devices; mobile devices, AR/VR glasses, wearables, robots, drones.
Communicating research results by presenting prototypes, concept demonstrations, preparing publications, and patent applications.
You will
Acquire up-to-date knowledge about state of the art research developments in the area of AI/ML and it’s applications.
Execute research projects and perform studies in AI/ML for next gen consumer devices.
Develop new solutions to relevant problems in AI/ML on constrained devices.
Build prototypes, evaluate and demonstrate proposed systems and solutions.
Create new technical solutions and protect them with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Participate in innovation workshops to come up with new concepts.
Become part of a highly motivated, multi-disciplinary team of researchers working collaboratively.
Work in a dynamic department with opportunities for learning, taking on new responsibilities, and impacting our ways of working.
To be successful in the role you must have
A PhD in relevant technical area related to AI/ML research, or MSc with similar experience from industry.
Experience in AI/ML topics, projects and research studies.
Experience in major stages of developing deep learning algorithms from dataset preparation, algorithm design, training, inference, and performance evaluation.
Solid programming skills and AI/ML framework knowledge; Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.
Experience in hardware-algorithm co-design for AI acceleration is an extra plus.
A self-propelled inner drive

Awesome communication and presentation skills.
