Our Exciting Opportunity
In our Security Research team, we develop and drive outstanding research on security for 5G and future 6G networks. We are looking for a smart, forward-thinking, knowledgeable, and creative researcher to strengthen our team in Security research and standardization
You will
Do research in an international team of world-class researchers with different backgrounds and experiences in develop novel security solutions and concepts of 5G networks future evolution.
Participate and drive Security Standardization as a Delegate and/or back-office driver for 3GPP SA3, within Ericsson Standardization program.
Write own contributions in your area of responsibility, in cooperation with senior researchers.
Represent Ericsson in external fora such as standardization, university collaborations, and customer meetings.
Manage and contribute to industry-related interactions and engagements with Ericsson Product Lines, Development Units, Customer Units and ecosystem partners
Report to Security Research Leader
To be successful in the role you must have
PhD, MSc. degree or equivalent, in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Preferably with a specialization towards Networking and Communication.
Excellent knowledge of Mobile Networks and industry understandingExcellent skills in network security.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Outstanding networking, collaboration, communication and innovation skills with high energy and motivation.
Excellent analytical thinking with a high ability to understand and drive technical solutions.
Proven skills from working with security in mobile networks preferably in radio networks and experience of security standardization, is extra valued.
