WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our R&D team is now looking for our next stellar Researcher - Sintering, to enable the future of Energy independence and get the chance to make a real impact. Given our fast-paced growth, our global ambitions, and our disruptive technology, we believe you can adapt quickly, have the ability to learn fast within our interdisciplinary field. As a rapidly growing clean tech company we are constantly seeking out and adding the sharpest talents in each area. We believe you have strong troubleshooting abilities, interpersonal skills and performs well under deadlines. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:


• MSc degree in chemistry, metallurgy, material engineering or similar
• Previous experience from a similar position
• Experience from sintering processes and/or sintering ovens
• Experience from recipe optimization or product development is beneficial.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The R&D department is responsible for pushing the boundary of what is possible and continuously extend the performance of Exeger’s innovations as well as its product offering. Research is only limited to always having a viable product as their end goal. As a researcher you´re responsible for independently planning and executing research tasks and projects. This includes, but is not limited to:


• Lab work where you will work with development and scale-up of new materials, components, and methods for our ground-breaking technology
• Understand, trouble shoot and develop oven processes in both lab and factory
• Support process engineer to follow up and develop processes from lab to factory
• Root cause analysis to minimize risks

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
