The role and responsibilities
As our Researcher at Tobii you will be part of the Insight Research Services team, which specializes in eye tracking analysis of consumer behavior. In this role complete marketing research and user-experience projects for clients throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are proud to have clients like Google, Facebook, Toyota, Unilever, P&G, Nielsen and many more. All interested in human behavior and to get insights about their customers and product design.
As our Researcher (temporary position) at Tobii you will report to the Insight Manager. You can choose to be based in our Tobii HQ in Stockholm (Sweden) or in Reading (UK).
This position is a 1-year maternity cover, from January 2022 stretching to February 2023 with possibilities to stay within the team.
Your days will be filled with
• Design and deliver marketing- and user-experience research plans
• Take ownership and create research briefs, moderate guides, and surveys to meet client objectives and goals
• Interpret data, refine insights and shape a compelling narrative with actionable recommendations
• Build and present impactful research reports to a diverse range of clients and more
• Work closely with both your colleagues and customers to reveal the optimal match between Tobii’s offering and our client’s challenges
We are looking for someone who has
• 2 years + of applied market and UX research experience and the ability to apply diverse qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in or equivalent experience
• A team-oriented person who develops by contributing to the group's results
• Great organizational and time management skills with an eye for details and ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks
• Fluency in English with great communication skills
If you have a high aptitude for new technology and have experience working with eye tracking as a research methodology it will be a big plus! Most important is that you enjoy a fast-paced, technical environment where the sky is the limit.
