Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson is now looking for young talent that can be part of shaping the next generation Radio Access Networks. Our unit (DNEW Standards and Technology) is responsible for securing future technology leadership for Ericsson Mobile Networks impacting our product design in the 3-5 years perspective.
We are looking for a Researcher with expertise in the Signal Processing domain that can drive the area for networks beyond 5G. The role includes being part of defining, building and evaluating prototype systems of future Radio Access Networks and requires in-depth understanding of 3GPP based telecommunication systems.
This position reports to the Manager DNEW SWT Signal Processing.

You will
be part of a highly competent team working with both analytical tools and practical implementation aspects. You will be cooperating with different Ericsson units as well as external partners, universities and customers. We expect you to be solution oriented, self-driven and a good team-player.

To be successful in the role you have
MSc, PhD or equivalent education
Extensive analytical skills and ability to acquire new knowledge and apply it in the job
Good communication skills in written and spoken English
Ability to formulate problems and solve them independently
Creativity and ability to work independently
Ability to develop and drive new ways of working, to produce research results in a more efficient way
Experience in software design
