Reservation Sales Associate CORK

Do you want to work in Cork, Ireland?The position "Reservation Sales Associate" basically entails handling incoming calls from different countries from customers who want to make reservations for any of our 870 Starwood Hotels & Resorts worldwide.The salary starts at EUR 18,500 gross per annum (and increases to EUR 19,500:- per annum once you have successfully completed probation-usually after 120 days of employment), providing the candidate will handle calls in both English and the Swedish languages.On top of the guaranteed monthly salary, we offer the possibility of earning monthly incentives of up to EUR 700:- extra per month, depending on performance, attendance etc (only top 40% of associates recieve incentive on a monthly basis).There are good career prospects, as our centre is quite large, with a lot of different departments into which one could be promoted if initial performance as a Reservations Sales Associate is satisfactory.We operate in different shifts so all associates need to be flexible.The office is open 7 days per week and you will be working a total of 37,5 hours per week.
