Hilton Stockholm Slussen is recruiting for a Reservations Agent to join the team as we look into an exciting future. You will join an international organization with the possibility of an international career. Hilton is a global leading hotel company with over 6000 hotels in more than 100 countries. Hilton Stockholm Slussen is located with a view over the old town. In addition to the 289 guest rooms and large meeting & event facilities, we operate bar and restaurants.

To thrive with us we see that you enjoy:
Answer all incoming booking requests via telephone, email and applicable booking channels
Negotiate with clients to convert requests into bookings of hotel rooms
Manage Group Room blocks in our systems
Extranet management as updating third party websites and portals
Maintaining a close and strong business relationships internally and externally
Work with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure good communication to exceed guest expectations
Complaint handling and resolution
Qualifications – What are we looking for:
Minimum 1 years work experience within hotel room reservations and/or within Hotel Front Office.
Preferable with a degree within hotel management or similar.
Beneficial to have knowledge of a hotel system such as Opera
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both speech and writing.
Confident telephone and email handling
Good ability to structure, prioritize and follow up and has high integrity.
A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
Willing to help others, collaborate and ensure a positive work environment
To work in line with Hilton values at all time.
