Japan specialist is part of the Japanese brand JTB, which is Japan's largest travel agency.
We offer both tailored individual trips to Japan and group trips with Swedish tour guides. We are a team of 11 colleagues and share an office with Kuoni Tumlare who works with incoming tourism and together we are 27 colleagues. We are now looking for a committed and service-oriented travel salesperson who wants to be part of our dynamic team.
As a travel salesperson, your everyday life consists of advice, service, and the sale of package tours to Japan. Our dialogue with customers takes place mainly through e-mail, online meetings via Teams, telephone and sometimes customer meetings at our office in Copenhagen. As a travel seller, we expect you to be service-oriented and understand how to identify the customer's needs. With your good humor and passion for selling travel, we look forward to hearing from you.
Duties and responsibilities:
Courteous customer advice & customer service.
Tailor travel packages based on the customer's wishes and needs.
Manage bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars and other travel arrangements.
Follow up on bookings and ensure that everything is in order before the customer's journey.
Contribute to company sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends and destinations.
Translation of various materials into Swedish.
To be proactive in what happens in the Swedish market.
Attend lectures and travel fairs.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
Has knowledge of Amadeus and Office packages
Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you have traveled in Japan.
