Description
Would you like to take on the challenge to lead the resolution of our most complex top issues?
As Resolution Leader you will take lead on issues with the highest impact and prioritisation and ensure a structured and systematic approach to secure that problem is understood, root cause found and containment solution implemented.
You will report to the System Issue Manager and be part of the cluster Europe &Central Asia Technical Support & Quality Team. The position will be based in Lund.
Key responsibilities
-Ensure that QTIM, QuTI-P, PSM methodology and escalation process is consistently follow and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution with data quality secured
-Lead the consistent use and application of global standards, processes and tools related to QTIM
-Lead implementation of plans and actions to engage and retain the workforce
-Lead the completion of reports from the team in timely way
-Lead, develop and manage the team according to the global HR processes, standards and definitions
-Lead execution of assessment, competence development and certification plans
-Lead process development to improve quick issue resolution
-Actively participate in local and global network to ensure knowledge is updated and ideas / issues are shared. Proactively build and maintain a network of relevant colleagues in other clusters and central organisations. Be the interlink for local staff to global network.
Qualifications
-Proven skills and experience in managing many different tasks in parallel and Project Management
-Outstanding planning and communication skills
-Customer focused mindset
-Good knowledge of QTIM process and QuTi-P tool
-Knowledge and experience of production at customer sites
-Very good understanding of packaging machine functionality
To be successful in the position you will need to be driven, proactive and analytical team player. Furthermore you need general knowledge and practical experience within the field of Food Safety and Hygiene. Technical understanding and understanding of machine functionality combined with extensive PSM, trouble shooting methodologies experience will be required as well as excellent command of English.
