Now we are looking for a Deputy Resource Manager The purpose of the function is to; in partnership with our business leaders and appointed Resource Managers, develop competence in order to create excellent performance, implementing working methods and coaching co-workers. .To be a few number of Co-workers closest manager; - To be the Coach - Act on recruiting needs with good planning - Act to meet the competence development needs - Carry out the PDT process - Salary and benefit settings - Implementation and securing of decided working methods - Follow up, act, improve and report on the performance output from the responsible functional unit - Cost centre responsible.(Result, budget/forecast, investments).Application for this position at www.ikea.se
