Working with the best Automation Solutions for a variety of industries within our new formed Nordic organization, as Resource Manager you will coordinate project and service resources in Emerson distributed control systems

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
· To provide complete resource planning support for multi-projects
· Support the department managers in the services staffing process
· Work with the local Project Managers to maintain the required level of project resources
· Work with Resource Managers Emerson worldwide to support the staffing process
· Work with Sales Organization on forecast of resource demand and stuffing of Sales pursuits
· Maintaining relationships to Local Contractor Companies
· To provide backlog and forecast information for long term personnel planning
· Provide resource level planning on resource utilization
· Maintaining a Resource Planning and Forecasting Tool
· Identify areas of improvement
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
· Degree in engineering or degree in control & process automation or any similar field
· Minimum 3 years of experience within relevant process industry in planning or project management
· Experience with project planning in an international environment
· Experience with automation projects in the Process industry
· General knowledge of modern Automation Technology
· General knowledge of modern PC-Technology
· Experience with Resource planning tools (preferred CLARITY)
· English in reading, writing and speaking is mandatory
· Willingness to travel within Sweden and other Nordic countries
