Job Summary
Tetra Pak Global Information Management & Process Office (Global IM & PO) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes, making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and our Customers. Global IM & PO has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton, Texas in the USA and in Singapore. We are looking for a Resource Manager, who will manage a team of approximately 35 capable and engaged IT people, based in Lund.
The Resource Manager role is very versatile, and you will work with your team members as well as take an active part in the Resource Management community’s shared agenda. This also gives you the opportunity to work with colleagues at the other Global IM sites.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Manage all people related (HR Processes) for your team members, e.g.:
Performance Management, including Individual Objectives setting
Competence Development, ensuring alignment between what the company needs and what our employees want
Recruitment & Onboarding
Compensation review (salary)
Support the Resource Management Function Focus Areas & Objectives
Support Global IM Site activities in Lund

We believe you have
We believe you have a university degree and some years leadership experience from e.g., Service or Project Management and a good understanding of the Tetra Pak IT-area. You are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
We believe you have good leadership skills, and you are passionate about empowering and supporting the development of others. You are a proactive people person, good at building constructive and effective relationships, you are business minded and have a good understanding of the big picture.
