RESOURCE MANAGER - FINLAND

Kvalifikationer
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role and preferably in recruitment, purchasing, consulting or sales.
- You have a university degree (Bachelor minimum), preferably in personnel / HR, business administration, finance, sales or equivalent.
- You speak and write Finnish and English fluently.
- You have a good system experience and knowledge within MS Office.
- Merit is if you have system experience and experience of process-oriented work in Vendor Management Systems or ERP systems.
- Merit is if you have an understanding of the consulting market.

Job Description
As a Resource Manager, you will work in a customer-specific team and work closely with customers, purchasing and suppliers via email, telephone and physical meetings. In the daily work, you will work with resource requests for new consulting needs, extensions, price negotiations and be the helping link between customer and suppliers. You will focus on business-related roles within well-known brands. Your duties will include handling customer inquiries by reviewing role descriptions, reviewing CVs and received tenders and price negotiations, administration of consultants through registration of new consultants, time reporting, invoicing, extensions and completion of assignments. You will also have ongoing customer contact with procurement and hiring managers as well as build and maintain a good customer relationship through smart and innovative competence supply, and work to maintain and develop supplier collaborations. This is a perfect role for you who have at least a few years' experience of and enjoy working in a role with a focus on customer relationships and with a business focus!
