Job summary
We are looking for a Resourcing Expert who will support our global Resourcing process with data analysis and process expertise for our global resourcing network at Tetra Pak HR Service Centres.
This is a permanent position, and you will be located in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As a WCM Analyst in the central WCM Team, you will:
Define and propose changes to optimise processes/workflows to better meet business needs
Identify relevant technology enhancements and implement these including training and communication activities required
Lead the test planning and execution, for the expertise area
Manage community of local experts
Assess reporting needs, design new reports and deploy these
Continuosly learn from external sources to stay updated on market trends and opportunties in the process and technology expertise area

We believe you have
University Degree in HR in combination with data management
Theoretical and practical knowledge of how to manage reporting systems
Fluent in English

To further be successful in this position you need to be an ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated person with outstanding communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Furthermore you are strong and have proven experience in the following areas: Consulting Skills, Communication Skills, Facilitation Skills, Business Knowledge, HR Strategy
