We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of Responsibility and Contracting Administrators with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
In this assignment, you will be responsible for settling claims in the Company's Corporate Injuries operations, as well as handling liability and contractual damages through the Company's insurances.


The task entails performing the following line work for operations:
Receipt of damage claims
Set aside money for damages.
Examine and investigate
Make decisions about the scope of work and compensation.
Provide compensation in accordance with the applicable payment entitlement.
The supplier is expected to be well-versed in the information contained within the scope of the assignment, as well as what the consultant in question is expected to do.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
The consultant should have a law degree or relevant work experience.
The consultant is expected to be extremely knowledgeable in the areas of corporate liability and contract claims.
The consultant should have at least three years of experience resolving corporate liability and contractual claims.
